Job Description Our Outside School Hours Care service, Beaconsfield, is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 30 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. You'll work split shifts, supporting our Monday-Friday hours: 6:30am-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00pm-6:30pm (Stay and Play). Extra hours are also available during school holidays! About the service: Sustainability and gardening are at the heart of the program in Beaconsfield, with access to beautiful outdoor spaces that allow children to connect with nature, grow their own produce, and learn about caring for the environment in practical and meaningful ways. Beaconsfield OSHClub is more than just a busy service-it's a place of connection. With strong community partnerships and a close relationship with the school, you’ll foster strong family engagement through daily conversations, community events, and opportunities for families to be involved in the life of the service.
